We offer 5 different services for the garage. Simply finish the walls or turn your garage into a beautiful, organized and functional room. The choice is yours!

1. Plan the Garage: An estimator will come out free of charge and plan the process. We have standard options to choose from and are more than willing to customize using any products, materials or colors/textures you prefer. |

2. Contents Removal and Storage: If you don’t want to move your belongings out, LET US! We will provide a portable storage unit and our staff will remove your items and replace them when we have finished. |

3. Drywall and Paint: We will add any electrical or plumbing services required, insulate, seal, drywall and paint your walls and ceilings. |
 |
4. Epoxy the Floor: We grind the cement to achieve maximum porosity, fill the gaps and cracks and then apply an industrial grade floor epoxy. We can add a multitude of colors as well as a non-slip grit for safety. |

5. Install a Storage System: We can build standard shelving. We can install custom shelving or another storage system of your choice. We have several to choose from. |
The construction process is as follows:
- Plan the Project: Meet with an estimator free of charge to plan the project and receive a preliminary estimate.
- Approve drawings of project and detailed scope of work, and collect a deposit.
- We obtain the Building Permit from the City of Calgary
- We construct the project.
- A Calgary city inspector approves the project
- The customer approves the project.
- Any deficiencies are corrected
- Final payment is due
